A logic puzzle with cats: one per row, column and colour, and no two may touch.

Tap a square: once for a cat, again for a paw-mark, once more to clear.

How to play Cat Sudoku

Cat Sudoku is a logic puzzle. The board is a grid split into coloured regions, and you place cats so that four rules all hold at once:

Every board has exactly one answer, and you can always reach it by reasoning, so you never have to guess. When you place a cat, every square it rules out is marked with a faint paw.

The three-tap square

You only tap squares. The first tap places a cat. The second tap leaves a paw-mark, your own “a cat can’t go here” note. The third tap clears it again. There is no dragging or typing.

Hints and clearing the board

There is no timer, and you cannot lose. Stuck? Press Hint to drop one correct cat into place, or Clear board to try the same puzzle fresh. If you prefer numbers, there is a large-print Sudoku too.
